Buddy is a fourth generation funeral director and has been running the family funeral business since 1989. Prior to his time in funer service, he worked in Washington, D.C. as a senior consultant with management consulting firm, Deloitte and Touche. He holds an MBA degree in finance from the George Washington University, as well as B.S. degree in Operations Research from the University of New Hampshire and an A.S. degree in Funeral Service from the New England Institute. He is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the New Hampshire Funeral Directors Association. He is a frequent contributor to several funeral service trade magazines. He is also a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Visiting Nurse Association of Southern New Hampshire and the Franco American Center. A committed member of the community, Buddy is a lifelong parishioner of Ste. Marie Church and has served on several nonprofit Boards throughout the Manchester area. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, playing hockey and traveling. He lives in Manchester with his wife, Pamela, and has three children — Mallory, John and Griffin.

Stephanie is a first generation funeral director, and graduate of the New England Institute at Mount Ida College where she was a member of the Pi Sigma Eta Mortician's fraternity. She is originally from Medway, MA and moved to New Hampshire in 2016 when she began serving families at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and the Cremation Society of New Hampshire. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and skiing at various mountains in New England, camping in the desert, and traveling around the world. She is an enthusiastic promoter and participant of community arts, spanning several mediums- from sewing, sculpting, painting, creating immersive art installations, including building interactive flame effect sculptures. She now resides in Hooksett, NH, with her wonderful husband, their sweet puppy, Jaina, and their two cats, Misty and Lexi.

Aaron attended college at the University of Vermont where he graduated with a B.S. degree in animal sciences and biology. He later went on to work as a chef for several years in Vermont and the greater Boston area, where he learned to pursue his passion in cooking. He later worked as an operations manager for a growing Biotech company in Boston and then for a global sourcing company in Danvers. He joined the Phaneuf team in July of 2018 after moving to Manchester, and is enjoying serving families and growing within the industry. Aaron is an avid skier and dog enthusiast, and is ecstatic about adopting his first dog, Ollie, in August of 2018. He and his girlfriend Mallory look forward to enjoying time outdoors, hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, and spending time with friends and family in between.

Vera joined the firm in July 2007. She was born and lived in Russia before moving to the United States in 1998. Vera became a US citizen in 2007. Previously she worked as an office manager and funeral services assistant at a small funeral home in the Concord area. An avid reader, she also enjoys cooking, taking long walks, helping others, and spending time with her family and friends. She lives in Hooksett with her aunt and her daughter.

Linda began working at the firm in April of 2006. Most of her work experience has been in Massachusetts and Florida. Linda has lived in Manchester for the past 4 years. She has 2 children, 2 cats and an African Gray Parrot named Dino. In her spare time she likes to hike and take long walks especially in the fall, her favorite time of the year. She also likes to spend time with her family and friends, garden, read, crafts and follow her children's activities.

Stephanie McLaughlin is the principal of Savoir Faire Marketing/Communications. Bringing a background in journalism to marketing, she merges creativity with clarity for results that are functional and, more importantly, relevant to the ever-changing business world.

Savoir Faire works with a variety of clients in both the B2B and B2C markets. Stephanie has a deep understanding of the needs of professional services firms, as well as experience with companies selling goods, both online and from a physical location.

Stephanie is a member of the University of New Hampshire-Manchester Advisory Board. She graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University’s School of Journalism with a major in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. She lives in Manchester, NH, with her husband and a tiny black cat.

Colleen has 25+ years of experience in marketing and business development, working with two of the largest law firms in NH (Devine Millimet and Sheehan Phinney). In 2013 she began a new career as a Marketing Consultant and currently serves as the Caregiver Liaison for one of her clients, Phaneuf Funeral Homes/Cremation Society of NH. In this role she connects with VNA’s, Hospice Houses, Hospitals and other related facilities throughout northern New England. Throughout her career, Colleen has been active in community engagement serving on various committees and has coached others to do the same. In addition to being the current Board President of the Manchester Historic Association, she is also a founding Board member of the Phaneuf Family Foundation. She is a past Board member of the Hospice Help Foundation and a past member of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Advisory Committee. She resides in Bow, NH with her husband, a 35 year veteran of the Manchester Police Department.

Brian is Chief Adaptability Officer for Soma the management consulting firm he founded in 2002. Soma helps organizations move from the Newtonian into the Quantum world e.g., figuring out how to leverage the disruption occurring in today’s world. He has helped organizations such as US Bank, St Gobain, Entegris, Heinz, Calamos Investments and the US Marine Corp.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences on the topic of organizational excellence with a focus on systems thinking. And he has written articles and been interviewed on the same.

An active member of the community — he is chairman of the Ste Marie Endowment Fund and is a board member of the ExcellenceNorth Alliance (ENA). The ENA is a Baldrige-based nonprofit helping firms flow towards excellence with a particular focus on their business management systems.

Brian is a parishioner of Ste Marie Church on Manchester’s West Side. He enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, traveling and spending time with his three grandkids — who help keep him young.
