Caregiver Superstar of the Year Award

Thank you for submitting your nomination for the 2026 Caregiver Superstar of the Year Award. There are many strong candidates, and our board is reviewing the applications.

This year, both the honoree and nominator will also receive complimentary registrations to the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance Annual Conference on November 13, in Concord, NH, where the honoree will be presented their award.
